Compliance Training Projects

A telco/technology services company with its headquarters in the UK required support on a range of compliance training projects and updating their approach to learner engagement.  This included updating and rolling out compliance training, creating and updating training policies and building new models for learner engagement.

Our approach

Working with key stakeholders in the compliance space, we designed new global policies to drive compliance and support learners.  We worked closely with HR to consult with Works Councils and move the policy to implementation.

As well as overseeing the compliance policy aspect, support was provided to multiple mandatory program redesigns, working with internal SMEs and multiple third party e-learning providers, as well as updating the LMS interface to provide improved access and visibility for compliance training.

Alongside this, a new model of Learning Community Engagement was designed to allow for deeper relationships with functions.

Policy Design & Implementation

Designed & Implemented new Global Mandatory Training Policy and Further Education Policies, embedding positive cultural messages and clearly stating responsibilities and available support

Compliance Training Rollouts

Supported redesign and rollout of multiple compliance projects including COVID-19, Code of Conduct, Data Protection and more.

Supported by Technology

We worked with multiple third-party e-learning suppliers to update or redesign out-of-date e-learning, and updated the LMS interface for compliance learning to improve access and visibility.

Improved Ways of Working

Worked with internal L&D leadership to design a new model of engagement with key influencers within each function to allow a deeper level of engagement and two-way communication between L&D and the business.
