I am an experienced learning & development professional, having developed, managed and delivered highly effective L&D projects and programs since 2005.

Having worked in a range of industries and learning environments, I have a thorough understanding of learning and development best practices, with strong skills in learning process improvement, project management, leadership & management development, and training design and delivery.  I have worked extensively in the technology sector and have a keen interest in learning technologies, having managed multiple LMS systems and migrations, learning portals and other learning technologies such as social learning and learning analytics systems.

I am used to working with stakeholders at all levels up to executive and board members, and have operated in change-intensive, multicultural environments to collaborate with, develop and manage people across Europe, North America, Asia and Japan.  As a people manager I have lead international teams and worked in matrix management environments, and my experience in these roles helps me to bring a wider perspective and consideration of business needs to learning and development.

I am a self-driven, detail-oriented person with an unfailingly positive attitude.  I take great enjoyment in helping others to learn and grow – nothing motivates me more than someone telling him, “I need your help.”

I am a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner,  registered with the BPS RQTU for Test User: Occupational Ability and Personality (A+B) and certified to deliver Saville Assessment Swift Ability and Wave Personality psychometric assessments as well as the Hogan HPI, HDS and MVPI tools. I hold a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, is a member of the Association for Coaching and a founding member of The Henley Collective. 

As well as being experienced in Learning & Development, I have conducted significant work in wider talent areas including performance management and employee engagement, and am a certified Gtmhub (OKR) partner.
