About Us
Octarine Learning Consultancy was founded in 2017 by Rafe Ball. Based in Surrey, Rafe is an experienced learning & development professional, and has developed, managed and delivered highly effective L&D projects and programs since 2005.
Having worked in a range of industries and learning environments, Rafe has a thorough understanding of learning and development best practices, with strong skills in learning process improvement, project management, leadership & management development, and training design and delivery, and a keen interest in learning technology.
Rafe holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, and is a member of the Association for Coaching. He is registered on the BPS RQTU and is qualified to deliver Saville Assessment Occupational Ability and Personality psychometric assessments, as well as Hogan HPI, HDS and MVPI.
